Food pairing: Food pairing: pairs very well with grilled or griddled red meat, prepared simply, with rustic and spiced dishes, with pork or lamb cooked on an open flame, roasted duck, chestnuts, and dark bread, with game meat, and assorted cheese platters.

Aroma: of citrus and tropical fruits, with added notes of pears.

Taste: expressive, fresh, and persistent, with hints of orange zest, slightly bitter, delicate acidity, and a mineral character imparted by the limestone-rich soil of the vineyard.

Serving temperature: 7-10°C.

Food pairing: Food pairing: pairs excellently with dishes based on white meat, mussels, both saltwater and freshwater fish, dishes made from lamb, pork, or oven-roasted chicken.
