There has been a centuries-old bond between wine and the people of Murfatlar, one that is meant to continue and endure over the years. This bond, which has evolved into a celebration over time, has become the Murfatlar City Days, and it honors this blessed place year after year.
In 2024, it is the second year that the city’s days coincide with the Wine and Vineyard Festival.

Over the course of two days, on September 7th and 8th, the distinguished notes of our wines resonated in harmony with the music, highlighting Murfatlar Vinul’s commitment to local values. Because we aim to contribute to this celebration, which deserves to become a tradition—one in which people place the joy of life on the table, and we accompany them with the wines we are proud of.

“I want to thank, just like last year, mainly the new company Murfatlar Vinul Romania SA, the new shareholders of this company, who, I say this with my hand on my heart, love this place, love the residents of Murfatlar, and are making investments in our city. They have also helped us with this event, and without their support, we would not have been able to organize this spectacle,” stated George Cojocaru, the mayor of Murfatlar.

Along with this is also our promise to the people of Murfatlar: we will support them in transforming their city into one of the places that Dobrogea can be proud of.

It is our sacred commitment, one we are ready to turn into a legacy for the future.
“This is a special event for our community, for Murfatlar, for the locality. We are the main partner of the event, while the organizer is the City Hall. It is a sign of gratitude, if you will, for everything that this blessed place and community offer us. What we can do is bring our products to the forefront, which we hope the public will taste, appreciate, and, of course, become our loyal customers,” said Cosmin Popescu, General Manager of Murfatlar Vinul Romania SA.
